If you don’t have a 10 man group and you’re interested in running weekly, speak with Angerona. If there is enough interest, we will work on heroic modes but if not we’ll do a quick 10 man clear on a weekly basis.
This week, as many of you know, Leggies is very likely going to get his last two Shadowfrost shards and complete the Shadowmourne Quest. When he kills the Lich King with Shadowmourne, he will receive a chest with quests for five BoE vanity items.

Of these five items, Leggies will take the tabard and the mount, Angerona will take the locket with the portal, and the other two items will be rolled for by a short list of people that we assembled based on both attendance an EP. Shadowmourne and these items have been acquired by the hard work of all of you, but we plan to limit the rolling to those who have been present and with us for a long period of time.

This week, Stonemaul is undergoing extended maintenance (along with several other realms) and will not be playable for 24 hours. Thus, even though we said our raid schedule change was occuring this week, we’re going to put Tuesday’s raid on Sunday so be prepared to raid. The outage is supposed to occur from 12:01 AM server time on Tuesday until 12:01 AM server time on Wednesday.

New members on probation will now be on probation until they hit 1000 EP. This is because we give out a fair bit of EP due to the new progression EP ( 15/10 minutes) and the increased raid schedule from months ago. Hitting 1000 EP still shouldn’t be much of a challenge. As always, anyone on probation cannot receive high ticket items such as trinkets or weapons over anybody else (but these things will never be disenchanted if a probationary player is the only one who needs them)
Congratulations to everyone who was fortunate enough to be present for our first 25 man Lich King downing this week! Keep in mind that we will be looking to complete the first wing, festergut and rotface on heroic next week and would like for you to have fully researched all of these encounters before raid time on Tuesday. Also, remember that we ARE now changing our raid schedule to Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday for 25 man as Sunday night has been an issue for many people recently. Though we are very proud of you all, we are not yet done with Wrath progression so keep your eyes open for new recruits and always come prepared for raids!

Feel free to take a moment to congratulate Tiemus who has been promoted to a GM position since Xantho will be spending the next four months in China, unable to raid with us. We’re all very confident that Guild Master Tiemus will do wonderfully. As always, feel free to berate Tiemus with questions, concerns, compliments, and complaints.
Also, I will be officially publishing the epgp changes in our epgp section, but just to note it here, once we hit a progression boss we will be giving 15ep/10 minutes. A progression boss is a boss that we have yet to down THREE times. Valithria Dreamwalker is no longer considered a progression boss, for example. We want to reward and thank those who have been showing up on Sundays. If we cannot get enough people to raid sunday nights, we will have to recruit in your place. As always, we reward those who attend most. Also, we will be decaying every second week instead of every week to see if we can give people more of an opportunity to get GP since we have a few people bottoming out at 1000. Decay is still 15%, just every second Tuesday. We are also considering fixing the PR of people by hand if we still face issues where only EP and not GP can decay.
LASTLY, we are having a second fishing contest. The winner will receive three epic gems of their choosing, cut or uncut, and one primordial saronite. Please mail all your feasts to Angerona by NOON on Wednesday the 28th of April.

Hello Everyone!
Today at our officer meeting some we decided on some big (and exciting) changes. I more or less finalized the 10 man groups, all of which will run on tuesdays (and if possible reconvene on monday depending on the groups). You will notice that they are fairly similar if not identical to old raid groups. The reason they will be running on these days is because we also decided to add a third day to our raid schedule. Sundays from 7-10 ST we will be resuming ICC25. Furthermore there will be no EP or GP assigned for 1o mans on or after April 6th 2010 and we will no longer be formally running 25 VoA as a guild.
To check which group you are in, you can look at the colour coded availability chart but you’ve also received invites on the calendar in game if you have been put in a group. There are extra people that don’t have groups but a few of them may receive spots if the schedule is an issue for some people. Votlronn will also be scheduling a time to pug and will be attending on his alt so keep an eye out (it will be a mass invite).
I’d like to stress that we are putting less focus on our 10 mans and more on 25 (hence the EPGP change). If you do not wish to spend the time raiding 10 man send Angerona in-game mail. There are plenty of others who may be able to fill your spot.
