Addition_Spec_Info: My favorite non-ability talent is 3/3 unleashed rage because all of the hunters and melee dps love me for the 10% attack power increase lol.

Does_the_Raid_Schedule_Work_for_You?: Yes I can make all of the raids, it fits perfectly with my work schedule. 
Do_You_Have_Dual_Spec?: Yes, MS-Enhance, OS-Elemental. Yes.
Computer/Connection: 4 gigs of ram, 4850 ATI graphics card with 1 gig of ram, and a super fast processor that can scramble eggs. Yes.
Previous_Guilds: Resolute, the GM left the guild, we are no longer raiding.
Anything_Else: I enjoy raiding, making new friends, and and I enjoy the challenge of progressing in raids. This game gives me a break from work, helps me relax. Thats about it, im a pretty laid back guy.

I’m not 100% up on enhance spec, but I will do my best.
Gems: has 3 non epic gems – replace with epics
Is using only 1 jc gem – fix
Has two nightmare tear gems – should replace one, or replace metagem with chaotic skyflare.
Enchants: look good overall. However, he will need to have a second set of boots, or re-enchant boots during LK, sindragosa and halion fights, where we require a speedboost of some sort.
Spec: Standard spec – may want to spec into improved stormstrike, if he is having any mana issues.
Glyphs: I would think windfury would be preferred over flame shock.
Gear: I wouldn’t say I’m qualified to determine if his gear is good or not, but I see a couple of things.
Belt: one of the best belts is the emblem belt – i’d grab it if you have extra emblems.
Tier bonus – only getting 2 tier bonus – again, try to get two additional pieces – Shoulders would be an excellent upgrade, Leggings would be good too. Your helm is a good piece so I wouldn’t replace.
Try not to grab pieces with Arp on it – they don’t do you as much good.
Elemental offspec:
gems: Drop two of your purple and replace with pure SP, you only need two blues for the meta. Doesn’t matter which two, since the 4 pieces provide you the same +7sp bonus. The rest of the gems are spot on.
Enchants: Are good
Spec: Good
Glyphs: are good – although I would swap lava for flameshock once you get your 4 piece.
Gear: not great, but not terrribad either. Definately shows as an offspec – not viable for raiding 25 hm yet, but could do so with some work.

Overall, i say, lets give him a chance to show his stuff, maybe bring him to a 10man or sub him in on a 25man.
