I have a few issues, Your gear is kinda junk for applying to a 25m raiding guild.
Your WAY over hit cap, your geming into socket bonus’s you shouldnt be and you’re just geming incorrectly to begin with.
some info for you:
1. Arcane mage hit cap is 17% you get 6 from talents one from a draenei (were alliance utilize it) so you need 10% from gear
2. Never socket into socket bonus that are not +7 Spell power or higher (this one isnt terribly imporant but a good general rule early gear lvl imo)
3. Your most important stat (after hit of course) is spell power not haste while there is a small soft cap of around 3100 for mages when beging to gear you should be geming for spell power not haste this early in your gear level
4. You should never be geming pure yellow haste gems or honestly haste spirit it mage gems are Runed Card, Purified Dread, and Reckless Amert
as it currently stands my vote is no
Raid experiance doesnt look to be what were looking for nor is the gear and the geming makes me question if youve done the reading to generaly know the stats you look for in a mage or if you just kinda are a GS player and oh 264 must be better then 251 etc
