Addition_Spec_Info: I\’m essentially speced this way since rage generation is no issues and I want to maximize my dmg while providing the longest lasting shouts.
For non ability talent I\’m going to have to go with titangrip since dual wielding 2 1 handers is aesthetically fun.

Do_You_Have_Dual_Spec?: I Maintain a 5800 GS tank set and an Arms PVP set to take out my frustrations on the horde.
I have so far I don\’t see why I would have an issue with it now.
Computer/Connection: I have a HP with windows 7, an AMD 2.8 GHZ processor and 6 GB RAM.

I seem to be one of the only few that is still interested in raiding new content regardless of whether or not I need the gear, I\’m am one of the 6 or 7 that can pull more than 11k DPS the others lag behind to don\’t make an active effort to get better (If i get picked up by a valk during 10m LK the valk throws me off; If the valk picks up someone else he valk dies), If the GM isn\’t there no one is interested in raiding, even as an officer (I\’ll give a specific example) We have a pally healer who does nothing but heal 2 targets in a raid and nothing else; So as I\’m in the suit for professor I\’m still receiving holy light spams and when I tell him to get decursive or a healing addon I get no backup. I refuse to take him on fights that require cleansing b/c I know he won\’t. there are more issues but I wont QQ anymore than I already have.
Anything_Else: I try to know all the fight mechanics inside and out regardless if they directly effect me and a melee DPS or not and I\’m self aware of what happening in a fight. (example: If a ball is about to hit the ground during princes and no one is on it I\’ll either call it out or go hit it myself to prevent a possible wipe).

I went over this application last night with our warrior class lead who seemed seriously confused. Though you have some sweet high level gear you are WAY over hit cap, nearing 11% and over expertise cap also. Getting the upgrades necessary to balance this stuff out and upgrade useful stats wouldn`t be difficult with badge gear and other such things. Also, this warrior is using the wrong Ashen Verdict Reputation ring. The tier pieces that he have would be ideal if he was wearing is BiS but don`t help him to optimize at the gear level that he is at.
Though it is great that he is working toward Shadowmourne, we most definitely have a list of people who we are currently giving the shards to and have no intention of giving them to any new recruits so the matter of weeks you speak of do not refer to weeks with us.
Lastly and I think most importantly, though sometimes it is frustrating, it is not cool to hate on your guild hte way you did. Applying elsewhere because you are not progressing is fine, but details about how and why they are bad shows no sense of friendship or loyalty. They are your team. If you’ve outgrown them you have every right to apply elsewhere, but there is nothing to be gained from denigrating them on your application. Considering all of this, I do not think that this is the guild for you.
