When you roll mainspec, you are rolling on gear that is intended for your class and spec.  If you feel an item is best in slot but is not an item of your highest gear proficiency we have decided that it would be unfair for us to give you that piece AND it would be unfair for us to deny you your best upgrade.  Thus if a leatherwearer wants a piece of cloth (for example) and they have a higher PR they can opt to receive 1.5times the amount of GP (effectively paying 50% more) .  That way if it is really the better upgrade by enough to make a difference, the person receiving the gear is paying for the better upgrade AND lower their PR so that they are less likely to win other pieces that these classes share like necks, rings, and cloaks.

Also, if you wish to be on standby and receive EP you must be on time for the raids.  If you are not on time, you can be on standby but will only receive EP if we pull you in.  After each of our two ten man groups clears ICC10 we will give the group that cleared it faster the EP difference.  That is to say, if group A) receives 180EP for clearing in three hours and group B) receives 210 EP for clearing in three and a half hours, then group A) will get an EP adjustment of 30.  Only the members present at the end of the raid will receive the EP adjustment.

Thank you for your patience as we work out the kinks in our EPGP system.  Please note the new 10 man raid groups will be posted shortly.
