Ezpz strat go.

This is very short and simple but relies heavily on the dps’ ability to run to the correct position without pause, confusion, or panic.

If you get confused by the list watch the (poorly made) animation below, it roughly covers steps 3 and 4 (the ones that need to be repeated)

Numbers correspond to small oozes:

  1. Take it to the outer ring and continue to dps/heal.
  2. Merge with (1) and move back in.
    - Volt starts kiting.
    - Ooze stack is at 1.
  3. Move to the inner ring and follow the large ooze 30 degrees behind.
  4. Move to the inner ring and merge with (3)
    - Volt taunts the (3)(4) resulting big ooze.
    -Ooze stack is at 2. (But 4 oozes have been consumed, stack would normally be at 3)
  5. Move to the inner ring and follow the large ooze 30 degrees behind.
  6. Move to the inner ring and merge with (5)
    - Volt taunts the (5)(6) resulting big ooze.
    - Ooze stack is at 3 (6 oozes consumed, stack would normally be at 5 and explode)
  7. Move to the inner ring and follow the large ooze 30 degrees behind.
  8. Move to the inner ring and merge with (7)
    - Volt taunts (7)(8) big ooze.
    - Ooze stack is at 4 (8 oozes consumed)
  9. Move to the inner ring and follow.
  10. Move to the inner ring and merge with (9)
    - Volt taunts (7)(8) big ooze.
    - Ooze stack is at 5 (10 oozes consumed)
    - Ooze explosion, run!
  11. Have defensive cooldowns? Ooze not exploded yet? Near by? Pop cooldowns and zerg your ooze into the 5 stack big ooze (it will eat it if you’re fast enough)

Other random tips for the encounter:

  • Hand of freedom kiter across puddles
  • Watch the puddle spawns across the room and move preemptively!
  • ^ When the graphic for one large puddle spawns the the other large puddle will no longer give you stacks even though the graphic is still there, feel free to take advantage of this.
  • Puddles give stacks in an area larger than their graphic, watch out if you’re near one.
  • Slimespray picks a random target to face. Spread out around fester ESPECIALLY if you’re a ranged and don’t have to worry about parry.
